At Your Own Risk

• Use of the Field shall be entirely at your own risk.

• The Landowner accepts no liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses, or other liability incurred by you during the use of the field.

• Vehicles are parked at owners’ risk.

• Ightham Paddock cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or loss incurred to vehicles or their contents and valuables.

General

• Users must report any accident, incident, or injury to us immediately by contacting Andrew Chesson via email at admin@chessons.co.uk.

• Ightham Dog Paddock accepts no liability for any damage or loss sustained whilst customers are in the car park.

• Ightham Dog Paddock reserve the right to temporarily close the facility at their discretion, for example, during extreme muddy weather conditions, for urgent field maintenance or safety issues.

• In the event of withdrawal of service from a user, any advanced payment may be refunded. However, Ightham Dog Paddock shall be under no liability for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the client as result of the use of the facility being withdrawn at our sole discretion.

Right of Entry

• The owners of Ightham Dog Paddock will be allowed access at any time onto the land to conduct inspections and only decisions made by them regarding safety and fitness of use, will be binding.

• Ightham Dog Paddock reserve the right to refuse entry to the premises in the event of safety or welfare concerns.

Illness and Infection Control

• Users must ensure that all dogs using the field are up to date with their vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming, flea, and tick treatments.

Variations to the Agreement

• Ightham Dog Paddock reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.

• When we do this we will let you know via email. Any variations made should be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions. By making a booking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions on the website at the time of making your booking.

Personal Data

• We require some of your personal data to allow you to book with us. This data is first name, last name, mobile number, postal address, and email address.

• This data is required so we can contact you with booking confirmations and gate code emails. Your data is stored with our online booking system provider. Please see our privacy policy.

• Payments are made through Square Up International Ltd. (third party provider) authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority for the issuing of payment services.

• Squarespace Scheduling is used for bookings providing a secure login with reCAPTCHA. Their privacy policy is available at squarespace.com.

Preservations of Rights

• This agreement does not create any rights over the land, and the client hiring the field accepts the landowner always maintains control and possession of the dog field.

Declarations

• I/We agree to abide by these rules, terms, and conditions, and accept that the use of these facilities is done at my own risk and mine and my dog’s behaviour and actions are my sole responsibility, and no claim can be made against Ightham or the landowner.

• I/We accept that Ightham Dog Park are not liable for any liability, losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses, or other liability incurred by the client through hiring the use of the Ightham Dog Paddock.
